Rainfrost Nursery is a retail
nursery, garden center and gift shop located in the historic New London community of
Bedford County, VA , just 1.5 miles off Hwy 460. We are minutes away from Lynchburg and Bedford and less than an hour's drive from Smith Mountain Lake and Roanoke.
We are local and have been in business in the same location for over 40 years. We love what we do here and it shows in our plants. From annuals in season to perennials, shrubs and trees, we try to stock a varied assortment of tried-and-true plants as well as some of the lesser known plant material.

With over 2 acres of stock, there truly is something for everyone at Rainfrost. The rewards of gardening are many: reduced erosion, cleaner air and water, an increase in property value, and an excellent form of exercise as well as emotional satisfaction. We at Rainfrost Nursery believe this and we strive to pass along these beliefs to our customers.

We also carry a good assortment of potting mixes, fertilizers, mulches and more. Bulk mulch is always available for pickup or delivery to the surrounding area.
